NMN Pure Powder is a substrate for the synthesis of Coenzyme I, which becomes Coenzyme I (NAD) after adenylation by nicotinamide nucleotide adenyltransferase. The level of NMN Pure Powder and the activity of nicotinamide nucleotide adenylyltransferase (NAMPT) in the organism directly affect the concentration of NAD, while NMN Pure Powder is directly involved in adenosine transfer in vivo and is an important synthetic substrate and functional regulator in vivo.
