Product Description

Anti Aging Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin Powder CAS 528-48-3

Product Introduction of Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin
Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin, being a flavonoid with inherent antioxidant properties, not only has direct antioxidant activity but also increases the level of the main intracellular antioxidant glutathione. Even under oxidative stress, Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin maintains mitochondrial function very well and even the very fragile neuronal cells are well protected.

In addition to its antioxidant properties, Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin also has an anti-inflammatory effect, as it inhibits the NF-κB pro-inflammatory signalling pathway by activating the β-catenin protein and silencing TLR4 expression, thereby down-regulating the release of inflammatory cytokines.

Product Function of Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin
1. In the early stages of a tumour, Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin interferes with chromosome segregation and promotes DNA double-strand breaks, thereby reducing its rate of proliferation. During the rapid growth phase of a tumour, laccasein can also reduce angiogenesis and cut off the source of nutrition to the tumour by inhibiting uPA (urokinase fibrinogen activator). In the advanced stages of tumour development, when tumours may metastasise, laccasein prevents the degradation of the ECM protein barrier by inhibiting MMP-1, a key target, thus preventing tumour cells from entering the bloodstream and inhibiting metastasis.

2. Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin slows down ageing. Like other organs, brain function also ages with age. A key mechanism leading to ageing is cellular senescence, in which DNA damage, mitochondrial dysfunction or the accumulation of other cellular stress factors cause cells to enter a state of replicative arrest and resistance to apoptosis. Senescent cells are rare in young individuals, but increase with age in a wide range of tissues. Senescent cells accumulate a great deal of damage but do not undergo apoptosis, instead continuing to cause chronic inflammation and tissue damage both locally and systemically.
Animal studies have shown that transplanting senescent cells into young mice induces a range of age-related diseases, while removing senescent cells from aged mice improves the health of multiple organ systems and extends life span.

Anti Aging Mechanism of Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin
Cotinus Coggygria Fisetin relies on two main points for its powerful anti-aging ability, one as a calorie-limiting mimetic and the other as a Senolytics substance.

Caloric Restriction Mimetics
Caloric restriction (CR), although effective in slowing down the ageing process, can be painful and slow to implement, which is a deterrent for most people, but caloric restriction mimetics (CRMs) are a perfect solution as they can mimic CR and activate the corresponding signalling pathways without having to reduce caloric intake.
As a calorie restriction mimetic, laccasein induces autophagy by upregulating the expression of SIRT1 in the Sirtuins family, which in turn inhibits mTOR. Unlike other calorie restriction mimetics such as metformin, laccasein is tissue specific and has a better effect on brain cells in promoting autophagy.

Senolytics substances
Senolytics refers to the targeted removal of senescent cells. As a person ages, senescent cells accumulate and secrete large amounts of SASP (senescence-associated secretory phenotypes) that contribute to the senescence of surrounding normal cells, thereby accelerating the ageing of the body.
A 2018 study showed that laccasein was the most effective in scavenging senescent cells among the 10 flavonoids available at the time, surpassing resveratrol, curcumin and catechin, making it a priority for scientists to study. Another study showed that laccasein reduced the mortality rate of senescent cells from nearly 100% to 50% in aged mice with neocoron.
