Product Introduction of Fisetin Flavonoid
Fisetin Flavonoid is considered to be an anti-ageing drug, which means that it kills senescent cells. According to studies on rodents, it reduces the number of senescent cells in tissues and prolongs life span. it is a flavonoid, insoluble in water, carbon tetrachloride and petroleum ether, soluble in solvents such as acetone and acetic acid, widely found in fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, apples, onions and cucumbers, from a wide range of sources, with a wide range of pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-coagulant, anti-thrombotic, antispasmodic, preventing diabetes It has a wide range of pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-coagulant, anti-thrombotic, antispasmodic, prevention of diabetes, kidney damage etc.

Importance of Fisetin Flavonoid
There is a wide range of natural compounds that can affect the health of the brain. After all, the brain is a particularly active tissue in the human body. One of nature's exciting compounds is the flavonoids, a class of compounds known as "nature's biological response regulators". These compounds are also the main reason for the vibrant colours of many fruits, flowers and other plants. They are vital to the health of plants, and they are also vital to human health.
Over 8,000 flavonoid species have been identified. Although they share many essential functions such as enhancing anti-oxidant mechanisms, protection against ageing and cell degeneration and benefits for the cardiovascular system, there are subtle differences in the role of different flavonoids in the human body.
Fisetin Flavonoid is one of the flavonoids that has been particularly well studied. Theoretically, it is a flavonol molecule, similar to the flavonols found in dark chocolate and cocoa. Based on the available research, the amount of laccasein found in strawberries is particularly high, followed by apples. The amount in strawberries is about five times higher than in apples, while it is generally more than thirty times higher than in mangoes, kiwis, grapes, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and various nuts. However, because of the price, we have chosen to use Fisetin Powder from Smoke Tree Extract.
However, the amount of laccasein in these foods is still not comparable to the amount of laccasein in dietary supplements. In Japan, the estimated average daily intake of laccasein is 0.4 mg. As a dietary supplement, the recommended daily dose of laccasein should be 100 mg.
Mechanism of Action of Fisetin Flavonoid
Fisetin Flavonoid crosses the blood-brain barrier and works through a very complex set of mechanisms to produce its effects as an educational and neurotrophic agent. Although it acts somewhat differently from other compounds, it does operate in many of the same ways as other flavonoids. For example, Fisetin Flavonoid shares some of its anti-ageing properties with Resveratrol. It is a superior anti-ageing agent, meaning that it helps the body and brain to get rid of old cells, producing a 'pruning' effect that allows healthy cells to flourish or replace old ones. In terms of this ability, it is about twice as effective as Quercetin.
1. Like other flavonoids, Fisetin Flavonoid enhances the production of glutathione, a key anti-oxidant and scavenger in our cells. Optimising glutathione levels in the brain yields various benefits as the brain is better able to protect itself from damage and has higher levels of cellular energy.
2. One of the key roles of the Fisetin Flavonoid is to initiate the so-called ERK pathway, which stands for "extracellular signal-regulated kinase", where extracellular means at the periphery of the cell and kinase refers to a class of enzymes. ERK therefore refers to when substances outside the cell send signals to the inside of the cell to activate kinases.
3. Fisetin Powder helps brain cells to produce proteins that are essential for the structure and function of brain cells, particularly at the communication junctions between cells called synapses. It also reduces various inflammatory responses within synaptic connections.
4. By activating the ERK pathway, it can optimise brain cell structure and function. This means that it can help optimise cognition and memory. This effect has been repeatedly demonstrated in preclinical studies.
