Ace-K is considered one of the most promising sweeteners because of its uncomplicated production process, low price and superior performance to aspartame. After 15 years of experiments and tests, the United Nations World Health Organization, the United States Food and Drug Administration, the European Community and other authoritative organizations have concluded that "acesultar is safe and harmless to human and animals". At present, there are more than 90 countries around the world officially approved acesultar for food, beverage, oral hygiene, cosmetics (can be used in lipstick, lipstick, toothpaste and mouthwash, etc.) and pharmaceutical (used in syrup preparation, sugar-coated tablets, bitter medicine masking agent, etc.) and other fields.

Function and Appication of Product
 
As a non-nutritive sweetener, acesulfase has almost no change in its concentration when used in food and beverage within the general pH range. It can be used in combination with other sweeteners, especially aspartame and cyclohexyl sulfonate. Can be widely used in solid drinks, pickles, preserves, gum sugar, table sweeteners of all kinds of food. The product has a strong sweet taste, about 200 times as sweet as sucrose, taste similar to saccharin, high concentration has a bitter taste. According to China's "Food Safety National Standard Food Additive Use Standard" (GB 2760-90), the maximum usage is 0.3g/kg. Can be used in food, medicine and other aspects of sweetener.
 

 

 
 The safety of Product

Although studies of the ace-K sweetener have shown varying levels of dietary safety and controversy, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved it for general use. Some of the potential effects associated with acesulmae have been shown in animal studies. ace-K sweetener has been shown to stimulate insulin secretion in dose-dependent rats, but no hypoglycemia has been observed. In rodent studies conducted by the National Toxicology Department, aceltamil did not increase the risk of cancer. Sixty rats were fed acesulfide for 40 weeks, accounting for 3% of the total diet. There was no indication that aceltamil increased the risk of cancer or other tumors in the mice. Further research on food safety is recommended.
